For the Leaders and Young Leaders of Basingstoke West, a Fun & Skills Day!
It’s FREE – you don’t have to organise a thing it’s all been done for you. An adults day themed for adults
What’s happening?
Have fun meeting and mixing with Leaders from other Groups. Explore and learn skills and activities. There will be a chance to experience skills including backwoods cooking, tomahawk throwing and also external guests for example gamekeepers to do some demonstrations. The site is a massive field, plenty of parking and surrounded by woods. We will be able to dig pits, light fires and enjoy all manner of activities not possible indoors.
Breakfast, Lunch and at tea time a Hog Roast will be provided for you. At around 5.30pm we can all reflect on the day as we relax with a hog roast as the sun goes down.
Camping (optional)
For those who want to make the most of it there is optional camping available on Friday and or both Saturday Nights. Ask for more details when you register
Registration
Please register for the day by 31st July 2017 and ensure you tell us about any dietary requirements so that we can ensure we cater for everyone on the day.
